Mama, I know you’re busy, so you don’t have time to scour through dozens of books to find just the right one to support you in your journey. So I’ve collected some recommendations below. Many of these have overlap in more than one category, so ask me for more specific recommendations for any topic you’re wanting to explore on your own, and I can help narrow things down.

If you struggle with making the time to read, or you’re more of an auditory learner, keep in mind that most books have an audio version available as well. A great option if you have a daily commute or want some added incentive to exercise!
